With more than 25 years of experience and a German background in architectural studies, we give you unbiased and honest advice on your building project, no matter how big or small, unusual or complex it may be. Our strictly professional advice is given with understanding and compassion. We do not criticize other companies’ or people’s plans or ideas. As professionals, we will show you how to run your project economically and where mistakes and risks may be lurking.

REQUIREMENTS. We listen to your particular wants and needs, even if they seem unusual, and try to make the best of them.

FINANCE. We discuss your budget and advise where to save and where it is worthwhile to spend extra money, how and where to get discounts, special offers, and warranties, how to raise any necessary extra amount, and how to fit it into your regular expenses.

LEGAL. We advise on legal restraints and requirements by the City Council and Government regarding energy saving, space planning, and environmental impact.

TIMING. We work out the necessary schedule and how to fit it into your own time management.

LOGISTICS. We discuss all the implications that come with the execution of your project, such as your and your family’s accommodation during the building process, the storage of building materials and fittings, and the establishment of the building site.

SECURITY. We advise on insurance and how to protect your family and property.

For the use of land, change of the use of land, erecting a building or altering a building Council approval is a legal requirement. Frequently it happens that approved plans for the above have been lost over time and that plans for extensions/alterations have never been submitted for approval.
